Should be able to do the video, but not audio, to keep a sync'ed signal.

about 80-100 ukp depending on make

the grundig one? should go for a decent model for best results... the
Samguns arent too abd but the Toshibe at 220 ukp is very nice. multiregion
available for 250 ukp

I have one of those - bought it at WOA 99 for 35 ukp. good deal!! I bought
it so i could watch TV on my 17" monitor...at the time I only had a 14" TV.
I now have a 21" TV so mainly watch my CableTV on that.
